When I first started working with Victoria, I was at a pretty big cross road in my life. I was trying to decide which way to go. Should I stay working for a company in an industry I'd been in for twelve years, or do I focus on the business my wife and I started 6 years ago.

I questioned whether or not to quit everything comfortable and the steady income. Do I work 60 hours a week for someone else or spend those hours making my business stronger? Do I see my family when it is convenient for my employer or work from home and watch my kids grow up?

The last two questions were what Victoria really helped me see clearly. She helped me put everything into perspective. It was great talking to an objective third person who had nothing to gain either way. Victoria was very easy to talk to and did not make any judgement on what I was thinking or what I had on my mind.

On May 30, 2008, I removed myself from the employee work force and my wife and I are solely self employed and loving the extra time we have with our boys and each other. Had I not taken the time to ask for help, and waited until I thought I was ready, I would have to take vacation time from my employer to watch my boys, now 3 and 1, graduate.
