The first step to identifying your path and beginning our one-on-one coaching is the Strategy & Visioning Session. This initial session is designed to jump-start our relationship and begin working through my 7-step Guilt-Free R.E.S.U.L.T.S. System™. During our time together we will thoroughly cover step 1 and begin work on steps 2 and 3.
Specifically we will:
- Explore your purpose and values in detail, since goals that honor your values get results!
- Articulate your vision for a balanced, successful, and guilt-free life.
- Establish preliminary areas of focus and corresponding goals for our coaching.
- Uncover hidden challenges and blind spots sabotaging your success
- Begin designing a strategic plan specific to your goals – personally and professionally.
I offer each client with whom I work my 3-Point Guarantee:
First I offer a no-obligation consultation to discuss where you are now, where you want to be, and how you’re going to get there. This allows us to get to know one another and decide if we are a good fit for working together, and if my programs or private coaching sessions are right for you.
I guarantee to be on-time for every call, attentive and to keep YOUR big picture in focus.
