My
husband, Brian, and I became parents of two children after almost 10
years of marriage. We were granted guardianship of our nephew, who was
ten at the time, then 17 months later, just to make things more interesting,
I gave birth to our son. Having a teen and a toddler sure makes life
exciting!
While learning to juggle work and motherhood I utilized many of the
same tools and techniques I use when working with my clients. While
we're not perfect parents by any means, we've attained good family harmony
and balance. I've learned juggling my love for family and my passions
is an ongoing process.
Longing to share the benefits I've experienced both personally and professionally, I'm passionate about helping other professional women find harmony, attain business success, AND live Guilt-Free!

With 18 years of corporate experience in my background in the areas of technology, communications and corporate culture change, I bring big business expertise to the small business owner. I enjoy helping professional women (and men) find that right balance for their life AND grow their business in a balanced way.
In 2003 I pursued professional training as a coach and graduated from CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) in early 2004. In February 2007 I earned the Associate Certified Coach designation through the International Coach Federation (ICF), the governing body of the coaching profession.
I am proud to be a member of the International Coach Federation, the Chicago Coach Federation (the Chicago chapter of ICF), and the International Association of Coaches.
Locally, I'm an active member of the Barrington Area Professional Women's group serving as the 2009 President and the McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce, where I served as Co-Chair of the Small Office Home Office group from 2006 - 2008.
In addition to Coaching, I'm an energetic speaker, offering presentations and workshops on topics such as work-life balance, time and stress management, personal fulfillment and life purpose. On a personal note, my other interests include photography, scrapbooking, dog training, and bicycling.
